Passed on from the Gamespot guys, who got it in return to a request to the internal PR of a very well-known online search company:

""I've forwarded your response to the chap who deals with that part of our PR. He's at a funeral today, but has his BlackBerrry with him and so should get back to you shortly.""

Clearly, a good day to bury bad news.
