I'm sure that the changes are probably due to Apple's new pricing and larger DRM-free catalog (hooray!) but haven't waded through all the legal mumbo jumbo to confirm that.

The old version of the iTunes T's & C's is still in the Google cache. Any enterprising reader want to compare the two?
