Aspect Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: ASPT) announced the appointment of Asian Computer Services Pte Ltd (ACS) as its first business partner in Singapore.
SINGAPORE, 25 July 2000 - Under the partnership, ACS will market and support Aspect's entire suite of electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) solutions.
"ACS has been in the marketplace for almost 30 years and has built a solid reputation as a technology service provider," said Mr Gordon Liew, Director of Sales and Business Development (Asia Pacific) Aspect Communications.
"This (partnership) is certainly in line with our plans as we expand our e-Business Solutions to better cope with the growing customer needs in the New Economy," said Mr Edward Lim, General Manager, ACS.
The Aspect eCRM solutions effectively manage customer interactions across multiple channels of contact, including the telephone, fax, Web and e-mail.
They also provide a consistent customer experience through one central place that connects customers with the right enterprise resource no matter how the customer contacts its business.
This is also the first CRM partnership for ACS and the immediate plan is to target the banking, financial and insurance industry as this is one sector that requires strong customer services and support.
