Best Buy is already gearing up for the launch of the Google/Samsung brainchild, the Nexus S smartphone. Set to be in stores this Thursday, supplies will be limited.

That is to say limited to two per customer, first-come, first-serve. Online sales get going at 8AM Eastern Time. Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile locations will also start opening at 8AM in their respective time zones, but that's not just for this event - that's part of the regular holiday hours. Set your alarm clocks now.

The Android 2.3-based smartphone will be available to be purchased unlocked for $529, or with a two-year service agreement with T-Mobile for the subsidized price of $199. There's even a third option: $249.99 for add-a-line activations.
