Copenhagen: charge and counter-charge
Copenhagen, nothing'a happening...yet.
Now the hard part begins, keeping track of who's accusing whom of what in the climate talks. China wants the U.S. to offer even more stringent greenhouse gas emissions restrictions. That would be over and above the 17% cut the U.S. has hinted it may enact.
And there's a proposal from several nations that the proposed global warming bailout fund, of whatever size it becomes, be administered by an international body answerable to the IPCC. Again, this is a proposal being floated in Copenhagen.
