Corel Corporation introduced the CorelR Digital StudioTM 2010, a software suite for handling both photo and video projects. Promoted as one-stop shop, the Digital Studio allows photographers to organize, edit and upload projects all in one place. (Users can upload projects directly to YouTube, Flickr and Facebook.) With quite a crisp and simple, but pleasing interface, Corel's new software is somewhere in between iPhoto and Photoshop, at least when it comes to image editing.

The box price will start at $99.99 when it is released later this month, but you can also download a free 30-day trial on Corel's website. There will also be the option of purchasing the photo and video software separately: PaintShop PhotoTM Express 2010 for $49.99 and CorelR VideoStudioR Express 2010 for $49.99.
