Under severe pressure, Craigslist has agreed to drop "erotic services" ads, Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan said. Craigslist will create a new adult category that employees will review, AP reports. Madigan and the attorneys general for Connecticut and Missouri met with Craigslist officials last week seeking an end to ads they contend are advertisements for illegal sexual activities.

The writing was on the wall ever since the site's name became forever inshrined in the phrase, "Craiglist killer," , although the AGs seem more concerned with protecting morals than lives.
