Okay, all. Here's Episode #5

CRM Playaz Episode #5

Brent and I not only start on the baseball season, but we do some preliminary stuff including talking about his webinar on the use of social media tools at Hubspot, which, incidentally is the Playaz first sponsor. We are going to be using the Hubspot platform very soon.  You'll understand when you hear Brent talk about the amount of registrants for his webinar in the first two hours.

This episode riffs further on the posting I did last week on the ESR Group's Social Media B2B sales "study." How this can pass for a study, I'll never know. (To paraphrase Groucho Marx.)  We follow it up with a bit of comedy noir - the recent price increase for services at a company that both Brent and I think highly of - PBWiki. As a result the CRM 2.0 wiki is going to move from PBWiki to Wetpaint.  The new address is CRM20.wetpaint.com.  Give me about a week to get it all set up. If you've registered before, you'll have to register again. I'll be sending out invites though. This one is sad but still - we manage to make fun of it.

Finally, we have our Twidiocy segment - which seems to be moving in the direction of smacking celebrity twitterers down.  This week - Mark Cuban. Listen in and find out why?  Why? WHY?

We actually have some real music this week.  Listen in. The sound quality is so much better than last week.

BTW, please make sure you vote on my Enterprise Technology Innovation survey here on ZDNET. It'll be here all week. Thank you. Thank you very much.
