Dell has announced the addition of a pair of new eSignature and eDocument services for its Cloud Business Applications portfolio with the intention of extending its cloud CRM solutions for growing businesses.
First, there's the Adobe EchoSign electronic signature solution, which has been designed to accelerate the sales process with an automated signature process. That means starting from the request for a digital signature to the distribution and filing of electronically signed agreements and forms.
The extra cloud-friendly feature comes in as organizations can send, view and save electronically contracts directly within their CRM systems.
Second, there's the Conga Composer from AppExtremes. This solution automates the creation of documents and reports (either in MS Office or PDF formats) using data from Salesforce.com's CRM.
For reference, both the EchoSign and Conga Composer services are based upon Dell's Integrated CRM, which includes third-party apps from the likes of Salesforce.com, for offering for storing and sharing data in a single space.
One of the primary benefits with both of these solutions is that they're touted to require only a minimal IT deployment effort. There is no new hardware or software to install, and these cloud apps can be delivered directly over the web as subscription services.
Both available immediately, EchoSign pricing starts at $20 per user per month with an annual subscription, while Conga Composer pricing starts at only $12 per user per month with annual subscription but with a five-user minimum.
