SINGAPORE, May 22, 2000 - Epicor Software Corporation, today announced integration of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, eFrontOffice, powered by Clientele, with its eManufacturing solution, Vantage.

Epicor is a provider of enterprise and eBusiness software for midmarket companies.

Through the integration of front office operations like sales and support with back office operations like manufacturing and distribution, companies can achieve a complete view of their customer lifecycle.

eFrontOffice provides Vantage users with the ability to quickly and effectively manage all customer data across front and back office operations, resulting in the integration of all business activity between the company and the customer.

This integration of the manufacturing customer relationship: from order entry to the shop floor, from shipping to service, provides the tools and information to manage all customer interactions over the phone or the Web.
