As you've probably already heard by now, Steve Jobs seems to have been guilt-tripped up into pronouncing a $100 Apple store credit for those "early iPhone" buyers who can't qualify for a $200 credit to make up for the lowering of iPhone prices from $599 to $399 yesterday.
Those would be those folks who paid $599 for an iPhone within 14 days of yesterday's price cut.
So much for Apple being in control of things.
Are you happy now?
