Boasting "unparalleled clarity and audio range," the chocolate-colored headphones utilize TrueTimbre audio technology, an MG7 transducer, and drivers that produce frequencies below 150Hz for a more natural sound. Additionally, the Atrio Special Edition headset has a sensitivity level of 112dB at 30Hz and an 18Hz – 20,000Hz response record.
As for additional design notes, the lightweight earbuds ship with multiple in-ear pads in various sizes with the intention of isolating noise. The Atrio earphones are also shipped in an eco-friendly packaging that is made from recycled materials, including reclaimed inner tube truck tires. That should be interesting to see upon arrival.
The Atrio Special Edition earbuds are available exclusively at an Airport Wireless boutique in a terminal near you for $229.00. That's more than the cost of a lot of one-way domestic flights...if you're flying coach.
