If your teenager has grown weary of an aging Xbox, Zune and all their various accoutrements, you can now include them with the other technology you're dropping off though the Reconnect technology recycling program.

Reconnect is a partnership of Dell and Goodwill Industries under which people can drop off computers and accessories at more than 1,900 Goodwill sites in North America. Since 2004, the initiative has taken in roughly 96 million pounds of electronic waste. The equipment is resold, refurbished or disassembled for parts. Microsoft has now pledged to work with Reconnect to make it possible for consumers to drop off their old gaming technology at no cost.
