Humberto hurricaned its way on shore after looking to be mild-mannered. That shut down some of the Gulf of Mexico oil refineries. Not to be miss a chance, that led oil traders into a gusher of price increase...topping $80 US per barrel for the first time. Isn't the marketplace a wonderful, rational thing?
Now the Hurricane Center says it's nearly all over, 'cept for a few possible tornadoes across Louisiana. Those folk sure know how to attract interesting weather down there.
