Somebody leaked as draft proposal on a global warming agreement that nobody has agreed to. And now dozens of developing nations are openly angry at the rich countries of the world. This underlines how deeply political the negotiations will continue to be in Copenhagen.
Meanwhile delegates in Copenhagen are feeling the heat. The World Meteorological Organizaton said we've just lived through the warmest decade on record. Records go back 150 years. This finding directly contradicts one of the popular talking points among GW skeptics, that the world has recently been cooling down.
