Just a quick update now that I have a minute to sit down tonight. I heard from my Dell rep this afternoon that, although it's not available on the Dell K-12 education pages, the Inspiron Mini 9 is available to all education customers in quantity.
Here's a quick spec sheet direct from Dell on the Mini Inspiron - no new information here, but it's always nice to see the words "Digital Classroom" surrounding a slick new product.
Now if only Dell wanted to pilot these in a rural community itching for 1:1 computing to bridge the domestic digital divide, a rural community in which a ZDNet blogger also happened to be the technology director for the district, we'd be golden, right?
Have a great weekend and if anyone gets their hands on one of these little guys, talk back below.
