GPNC Korea is dipping into the pool of Android-based gadgets, with the debut of a LED-backlit, full HDTV available in three sizes. But just how legit is this new display?

Available in 42-, 47- and 55-inch wide sizes, the GPNC panels run off of Android 1.5 and are powered by an 833Mhz ARM Cortex A8 chip. Connectivity options include USB ports, HDMI, S-Video, D-Sub and DVI, with broadcast support for NTSC and ATSC, among other standards.

There's no word on pricing yet, and GPNC is introducing the screens in only 10 countries first, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Poland, Australia and Dubai. However, it's questionable how official this release is, as Google has flagged the website as potentially dangerous and "containing malware." Sounds strange (and as if Google disapproves of the venture), so visit at your own risk.
