HP investors sue over Fiorina payout

Just remember it was Dan Gillmor that first called our attention to that payout as a sham (a text version of the writeup appears here..... and if someone can explain why the permalink at the end of that writeup takes you to makingthenews.net which in turn leads you to the Register.com, be my guest).  He also nailed HP for paying its interim CEO Robert Wayman $58,000 per day above and beyond what he was already making as the company's CFO.
