HP updates TouchSmart 300/600 PCs with Core i3/i5 processors
Hewlett-Packard has unleashed a slew of upgrades their desktops today, plus a few new additions to their collection. The most notable touch-up is integration of Intel Core i3 and i5 processors into the TouchSmart 300 and 600 PCs.

Hewlett-Packard has unleashed a slew of upgrades their desktops today, plus a few new additions to their collection. The most notable touch-up is integration of Intel Core i3 and i5 processors into the TouchSmart 300 and 600 PCs.
First, let's quickly look over the machines that have gotten revamped a bit. The TouchSmart 300 and 600 PCs have the option for either Core i3 or i5 processors plus some new software, including a studio recording type of program named "Beats Audio." These now cost $799 and $1099, respectively.
