HP's Slate: A new video but not much more
HP releases a new video for its Slate PC but offers no details about pricing or availability
While the tech world is still buzzing about the iPad, HP today released a video of the Slate PC announced at CES. It's a nice little 25-second peek at the device - but that's about all there is to report. The company didn't offer any new details on pricing, availability or anything else like that.
What we do know from the short clip is that the Slate will have a USB port, a port for an SD card and a camera. Those are all plusses over the iPad.
But again, it's hard to get excited about something from just a 30-second video.
