While they're obviously busy with their little legal woes with Apple, HTC still has time to release a trio of new smartphones over in the United Kingdom in less than a month.
The HTC Desire, Legend and HD Mini have just popped up on Amazon UK, ready for pre-order.
Announced last year, the HTC handhelds are set to be released and ready for shipping on April 1 over in the United Kingdom. The attached prices are for unlocked phones, so don't be so shocked when you read them.
The Android-based HTC Desire, which goes by the name Droid Eris in the US, starts at £528.58 ($795), and the HTC Legend, another Android OS smartphone, will go for £399.99 ($601). Anyone across the pond interested in the HD Mini will have to wait a fortnight longer, as it won't be available until April 14 for £369 ($555). Ouch.
Hopefully whichever of the UK's wireless providers that carries these will throw in some serious subsidies.
