If your content provider doesn't pay big telecom, you may see screens like these

On the ravinglunacy blog, a blogger who calls himself "theheadlemur" posts his thoughts about a world where big telecom and big content bandwidth are so totally at war that should you try and access a website or service that hasn't paid up to your big telecom access provider, you could see something like what I just showed you at the top of this post.

And if you don't play that game, here's what you will see. It isn't pretty:
