After causing a bit of a buzz at CES 2010, Inbrics is taking its ultra-slim, Inbrics MID M1 slider handheld on the road to Mobile World Congress 2010 in Barcelona in just over a week.

The mobile Internet device, expected to release in by the end of this year with Android 2.0, will showcase the M1's "3 screen plus" feature. This allows users to share digital media (photos, video, music) with other devices (laptop, TV, etc.) via Wi-Fi, with the M1 serving as the central controller.

Some of the Inbrics M1's highlights:

  • 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED touch screen
  • Full QWERTY keyboard
  • 833 MHz Cortex A-8 processor
  • Wi-Fi 802.11, WiMAX, 3G
  • GPS
  • Bluetooth
  • 3-megapixel camera on the back/VGA camera on the front
  • 720p video playback
  • 16GB of internal memory
  • MicroSD card slot
