CRM company Ion Group has launched comm-Centric - a complete 'switch and software' package for medium-sized call centres. The company claims the offering offers "unrivalled cost efficiency and all round functionality". comm-Centric has been tested throughout 2001 and already boasts early adopter clients such as Coca Cola, Dell, HP, Nestlé, Swisscom, Texaco and Toyota.
