be the voice I recorded a 25 minute conversation about my enterprise collaboration consulting work and blogging with David Spark a couple of weeks ago for his 'Be The Voice' thought leadership series of podcasts, which is primarily focused on how to drive business growth.

David summarized our conversation pretty well on his site: I put forth some pretty candid views on how people collaborate (or in some cases don't!) and went into some detail on the realities of large company politics influencing successful rollout.

I'll be diving further into some of the details I outlined during this interview at the Office 2.0 conference next week during my session, particularly focusing on real world realities and how to overcome barriers to uptake and adoption.

There are several other good interviews on the site you can listen to or download to your ipod for your commute or other spare moments, notably one with Charlene Li, another newly independent thought leader covering emerging technology. Formerly a Forrester analyst, Charlene recently cowrote the book 'Groundswell'.
