James Kendrick joins ZDNet and kicks off weekly Mobile News Manor

My good friend James Kendrick started the jkOnTheRun blog many years ago and was one of my favorite sites to read every day. I was able to join James and Kevin Tofel on the Mobile Tech Roundup podcast a couple years ago and also spent time with James in the Mobius group. I am extremely pleased to let you know that James has joined us here on the ZDNet tech blog network with his Mobile News blog that supplements this smartphone blog and The Mobile Gadgeteer blog. We have an experienced and passionate group writing about mobile here on ZDNet to cover all aspects of this fast moving industry.

One of my favorite features from James on jkOnTheRun was his weekly Mobile Tech Manor posts and he is launching this same weekly feature here on ZDNet as Mobile News Manor (MNM). In this week's first edition, James covers his gadgets of the week, apps of the week, and ebooks of the week.
