Microsoft-Claria Talks *were* Happening

Thanks to Ben Edelman for tipping me off to this article over at CliZstat. According to their sources their were indeed talks between MSFT and Claria that are not broken off because of fear of PR fallout.

Good move MSFT. But really, what were you thinking? Are you totally out of touch with the Net world?
