Microsoft is rolling out its "Fix It" software to Windows XP and Windows Vista users.

Microsoft is rolling out its "Fix It" software to Windows users.

The "Fix It" Software package brings together a series of automatic troubleshooters as well as personalized solutions based on the system's hardware and software configuration.

The download is compatible with:

  • Windows XP SP3
  • Windows XP Pro (64-bit) SP2
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows 7
  • Windows Server 2003 SP2
  • Windows Server 2008
  • Windows Server 2008 R2

The tool incorporates some 300 fixes for the most common ailments affecting Windows users.

The "Fix It" service is currently in beta.
