Microsoft's commitment to interoperability

At JavaOne in San Francisco, Microsoft's Dan'l Lewin declares interoperability a fundamental responsibility given the company's position in the industry. Based on today's mixed computing environments, Lewin says, "there is an inevitable requirement for interoperability and choice."
