James Kendrick, Kevin C. Tofel and I are honored that listeners have voted us into the finals for the 2006 Podcast Awards and kindly ask that you continue to vote every day until August 11th. In MobileTechRoundup show #59 we thank our listeners for the nomination and for placing us in the top 1% of all podcasts at PodcastAlley for the month of July. We then move onto mobile technology with a quick discussion about Judie, from The Gadgeteer, and her new DualCor cPC. Google Maps now has traffic updates and I get to use this in the Puget Sound region. Tide Tool for Palm OS is our freeware of the day and and works great on Windows Mobile with StyleTap. We then spend some time answering listener email in regards to ink in MSN Messenger, what Nokia works for Virgil, and use of a "dumb" phone or smartphone with a UMPC device. We hope you enjoy the show and please vote daily, it only takes a couple seconds.

Please let me know if you have anything you would like us to cover and discuss on the show and I'll try to work it into a future podcast.
