I have used FEBE and CLEO in the past to make one über Add-on. But to be honest, it’s so quick to use the improved Add-on feature in Firefox 3 (Tools -> Add-ons -> Get Add-ons) that there’s not much point any more.

The quickest way I've found to install the extensions is to control+click the links above to open them in new tabs. Also, here's a link to my favourite Old Skool winestripe theme.
