SINGAPORE - "Dotcom" companies, technopreneurs, SME startups and MNCs with a "dotcom" focus will now be able to take advantage of eBusiness solutions at prices they can afford. The answer - an E-Business Starter Kit that lets them set up an e-commerce site that can be rapidly deployed and is totally integrated with their internal IT system.

The E-commerce Starter Kit offers customers a total e-Business solution at only S$460 per concurrent user, per month. Included in the package are:

Navision Financials, a back-end business solution that completely integrates and manages the financial, operational and inventory aspects of businesses . Navision Web Shop, an Internet-business solution that allows users to set up and maintain a web site totally integrated with Navision Financials, enabling maintenance of the website and other business functions to be dealt with at one place, at one time. A complete suite of hardware infrastructure needed to support this totally integrated solution.

In addition, customers who sign up before the end of this year will also receive for free, a poster stand worth S$850.

With the low investment and maintenance requirements of the start-up kit, doing business over the Internet will no longer be elusive to small and medium-sized businesses.

Says Henrik Jeberg, Managing Director, Navision Software SEA, "These are exciting and yet competitive times for 'dotcom' companies. You need the right technology to help you survive, grow and compete in a highly volatile market. Critical business issues need to be handled carefully and technology is here to help integrate and improve business processes."

The E-Commerce starter kit will be launched at Dot.CommunityAsia, a one-day event happening on 17 August 2000 at the Stamford Ballroom, Westin Stamford. Navision will be participating in an IT Diagnostic Clinic, an IT consulting centre dispensing expert advice and consultation on all areas of IT, where Navision will specifically provide advice and consultation for back-end systems such as financial and inventory solutions. Navision Solution Centre (NSC) - MultiSoft IT Solutions will also be on hand, giving advice on desktop solutions and outsourcing options.
