Acer Aspire OneNetbooks dominated the Computers & PC hardware bestsellers list on Amazon this Cyber Monday, the biggest online shopping day of the year in the U.S.

Netbooks FTW!

Chalk it up to a small form factor (7-10 in., about 3 lbs.) and an even smaller price tag (under $400).

Netbooks took seven of the top 10 spots on the Amazon list by end-of-day Monday, with two HD LCD monitors from Samsung and an Apple MacBook in the remaining three spots, according to IDG News' Dan Nystedt.

So who showed up to the Cyber Monday party?

The most beautiful belle at the ball was Asustek Computer's Eee PC 900HA with an 8.9-inch screen, Intel Atom microprocessor, Microsoft Windows XP and black finish, which took the top spot in the end, edging out a noir Acer's Aspire One in the final stretch. (A blue Aspire One took third.)

Samsung's NC-10 netbook, with a 10.2-inch screen, nabbed the seventh (in white) and ninth (in blue) spots. MSI's Wind netbook, the black U100-432US with a 10-inch screen, also made the cut.

Of course, Apple's 13.3-inch MacBook MB466LL/A was the only fully-fledged laptop.

Interestingly, the give-one, get-one One Laptop Per Child XO netbook took fifth place.

Unsurprisingly, 6-cell batteries were the choice for all of the top 10 models.

Of the rest of the gadgets, Samsung's Touch of Color T200 HD 20-inch LCD HDTV monitor took fourth place and its Touch of Color T260 HD 26-inch LCD HDTV monitor took sixth.
