News Burst: Hotmail revamp plagued by hardware glitch
MSN's attempts to revitalise its free Hotmail offering are being undermined by a hardware glitch.

The recently added Hotmail features -- part of the company's efforts to offer web-based desktop applications -- were meant to give users new features such as flexible fonts, colours and graphics facilities.
But instead, the server problem has locked out users from their accounts.
