News Burst: LineOne to go toll free?
LineOne, the UK ISP launched by BT and United News, is considering toll-free access to the Internet managing director Ajay Chowdhury told ZDNet News today.

As the rush to the free ISP model continues apace, Chowdhury predicts Internet pricing is in for a radical shake-up, with a series of pricing models -- similar to the price structures for mobile phones -- available to users. "Many companies, including one very close to my heart, are seriously looking at the 0800 model," Chowdhury said.
Chowdhury is determined LineOne will become a major UK portal and claimed the ISP hopes to dominate the UK e-commerce market.
