News Burst: Virus writer dismisses lawyer
Alleged virus writer David L. Smith has dismissed his original attorney on Monday, said sources at both the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and defence counsel Steven Altman, Smith's original attorney.

Alleged virus writer David L. Smith has dismissed his original attorney on Monday, said sources at both the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and defence counsel Steven Altman, Smith's original attorney. Neither office would say why Smith let go his legal representative.
As of late Monday afternoon, Smith is without legal representation.
