Contact center solutions provider OnState Communications has just announced OnState Unified Messaging for Skype.This is a single-platform, subscription-based Skype messaging solution that integrates email; voicemail; business chat; and customer contact messaging and recording systems.

Contact center solutions provider OnState Communications has just announced OnState Unified Messaging for Skype.
This is a single-platform, subscription-based Skype messaging solution that integrates email; voicemail; business chat; and customer contact messaging and recording systems.
With a starting price as low as $10/per month, the solution is being pitched as a business process facilitator and enabler for the SMB market.
The secret sauce is Skype's connectivity, open-source messaging and collaboration from Zimbra, and OnState's contact management software.
