Oracle Siebel CRM is now BlackBerry-compliant

Oracle today announced Oracle Siebel Wireless support for BlackBerry.

GUI is going to look something like above. 

The upside: enterprises will gain mobile access to CRM data in real time.Projected users of this CRM data include executives, sales teams and field services engineers who rely on their BlackBerry smartphones to perform real-time communications and transactions. 

Customer service and customer prospecting are believed to be inherent advantages.
