Larry Dignan Twitted that he puked when he read the recent Times magazine cover story on Twitter, because of its over-the-top coverage. He says he is getting fed up with the ever growing love fest around Twitter and that this isn't good news for the service. I tend to agree. A couple of weeks ago I wrote: "Does Anyone Have A Fork? Twitter Looks Done To Me . . ."

My suspicion, however is that Twitter still has lots of legs. Just because some of us are already fed up with it doesn't mean much. There are still many who haven't tried it, or even tried the other service we are fed up with: Facebook.

But I often come across people who passionately love to hate Twitter and Facebook yet haven't tried either. To know you hate something you have to be in it, imho.
