Crediting an "anonymous tipster," Engadget tells us to expect the BlackBerry 8300 from AT&T (nee Cingular) on May 25.

This tipster got his info from references on AT&T's internal website. The site reportedly marked that date as "tentative."

If it holds, fhat date would fall right in line with Boy Genius and his predictions, notes Engadget's Mike Caputo.
