In my post, Priacta, herding cats and action management, I discussed challenges I face in both time and action management as well as how I was embarking on a test of the total relaxed organization offered by Priacta.
The introductory material offered online is simple, easy to understand and presented in a humorous, upbeat way which I found marginally entertaining as well as informative. Okay, I find a lot of things marginally entertaining. I understand that science is working on a cure for that condition.
I found that my systems environment offered some challenges. Priacta has fewer supported options for those people using Mac OS-based desktop or laptop systems (my MacBook Pro) that synchronize with Windows Mobile (my HTC HD2) than those people using Mac/iPhone or PC/Windows Mobile teamed devices. Never fear! I'm going to work out something. The prospect of drowning in a sea of paper goads me on.
I'm running through the self-paced training course and working through the options with one of Priacta's coaches, Kevin Crenshaw, Executive Coach and one of Priacta's founders, now. I'll let you know how things go.
