You're doing a demo of your mobile application, or you're training your staff to use a mobile application. How best to show a group of people the screens on your mobile device? Here are three ways:

(1) Use an emulator: You can run your demo on your laptop with an emulator software. Emulators are available from most device and technology vendors like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Sun and Microsoft. However some emulators may not feel realistic because they don't connect to a real mobile network. %IMAGE=NokiaN90.JPG% (2) Remote control: With some mobile devices it's possible to transmit the device screen wirelessly (via Bluetooth) to your laptop. Here's a product I have used that projects my Nokia N90's screen with perfect clarity.

(3) Direct video output: Some phones allow you to connect them to a projector or TV directly via a cable. Nokia N93 is one such phone, here's how it looks.
