Red Hat to buy JBOSS tomorrow?

Infoworld's Dave Rosenberg:

...it's not Novell that's going to buy JBoss, but the other big Linux guys, RedHat. Apparently the deal will be announced tomorrow April 10. Keep in mind we have been wrong before, but give us the benefit of the doubt on this one.

If this is true, it's good news for JBOSS Marc Fluery.  But I don't see him moving from Georgia to North Carolina nor do I see him sticking around Red Hat for very long.  They may have open source in common, but it would still be a culture clash.
