Retraction

Yesterday I posted about the Muskegon police arresting two thugs, Vlad and Stan who were using stolen credit cards to pick up merchandise at stores in Western Michigan. I belittled the idea of organized crime being involved.

On further reflection and input from knowledgeable sources I must retract my statement that I "highly doubt it".
