Second lawsuit for Diamond in a week
Diamond Multimedia has confirmed that it has recieved a lawsuit from Creative Technology.
Diamond, which earlier this week was hit by a law suit from the RIAA in America over its Rio MP3 player, says the issue is "specific to the US".
