Whoa. That's my model.

Now I know how Oldsmobile owners feel. Venerable old marque, still serviceable, but no longer in production and available mainly through used car dealerships, buyer-to-seller transactions and the re-sale channels.

Now I know how Windows ME-powered owners feel. Non-venerable old marque, still serviceable, but no longer in production and available mainly through used computer dealerships, buyer-to-seller transactions and the re-sale channels.

Yes, via Boy Genius, Engadget Mobile reports that beginning in the merry, merry month of May, the BlackBerry 7520 will no longer be offered by Sprint. Or Nextel. Or SprintNextel. Whatever that company is.

Don't cry. Don't brace your eye. If you really want one now, you can get a Nextel BlackBerry 7520 for $319.99.

Plus, once the model leaves the sales channel, there will be plenty of 7520's in the re-sale channels- sellng a lot cheaper than $319.99.
