A raid carried out by the Australian Federal Police on a home in Melbourne whose inhabitant was suspected of attempting to obtain credit card details via an online forum has not yet led to any arrests or charges.

A spokesperson for the police told ZDNet Asia's sister site, ZDNet Australia that the investigation was still ongoing and there had been no arrests made as yet.

The pre-dawn raid, where several computers and storage devices were seized, was broadcast on August 17 on ABC's Four Corners program, five days after the raid occurred.

Following the airing of the program, some computer forensics professionals voiced concerns about the handling of the evidence, saying that accessing the suspect's computers and entering search queries would damage the computers' value as evidence.
