in brief New South Wales state-owned utility Sydney Ports has started looking for a chief information officer to fill a newly created position.
The group said in advertisements placed this week that it was currently undoing "unprecedented" expansion and investment and was about to embark on projects worth over $1 billion that would require a major IT component and innovation.
The successful candidate in the newly-created role will report to Arthur Gillen, the utility's executive general manager of finance and IT.
