It's been a long time coming, but it looks like Sprint's Evo 4G LTE finally has a final street date: The device, which supposed to be released on May 18th, will finally hit stores this Saturday, June 2nd.
Slowed down by a patent spat, the release of the Evo 4G LTE was given the go-ahead by U.S. Customs after it became clear that the device wasn't infringing on Apple's patents, as speculated.
Sprint began shipping pre-orders for the device last week, though it's only now that its getting a wider release date.
Edit: June 2nd is this Saturday, not Sunday.
