Don’t reset all your settings in iOS 8, as a bug will also erase all your documents in iCloud.

Once the documents are erased from iCloud, those syncing their devices to the cloud may find them also erased locally with the next sync.

The good news is that some affected users are reporting that the beta version of iOS 8.1 fixes these problems with Bluetooth.
